February 2nd, 2010, Quebec, Canada - Voyant Solutions Inc. and Distech Controls Inc. jointly announced today they have entered into a Strategic Partnership, whereby Distech Controls will directly service Voyant’s technology customers, providing direct factory sales and client support.

This enhanced level of support will allow Voyant’s Technology Customers direct access to Distech Controls’ leading building automation products as well as global sales force, technical support and factory certified training centers. The announcement builds on the already sound relationship enjoyed by the two organizations. Guerry Matthews of Voyant will join Distech Controls to lead the transition of the Voyant Partner customers.
