Our wireless battery-less devices are powered by different kinds of ambient energy, through energy harvesting, such as light and vibration and take full advantage of the already available energy sources in the building to power and maintain themselves.
Energy harvesting provides ecological compatibility, eliminating batteries and coupled with wireless communication, the use of external wiring and cable materials (copper, plastics etc.) are also eliminated. Energy harvesting also provides for an important quality improvement, making these devices virtually service-free.
