Lyon, France, September 21, 2015 - Distech Controls, an innovation leader in energy management solutions, is pleased to announce a recent addition to its sales team based out of the United Kingdom; a move that supports the company’s continued expansion throughout the market.

Simon Ward has joined Distech Controls in the role of Business Development Manager, responsible for the Midlands, Northern England and Ireland. Simon Ward is a seasoned business development professional, bringing with him many years of international experience within senior positions in the building automation industry.

Having managed both System Integrator and OEM sales channels within top-tier HVAC control manufactures over many years, he has a superior knowledge of the UK controls marketplace and an established contact network that will assist Distech Controls in continuing to build a strong foundation within the UK and Ireland.

Meeting Distech Controls’ UK team at Building Controls

Distech Controls will be exhibiting at the upcoming Building Controls show, taking place October 21st and 22nd at Sandown Park, Esher. The entire UK team will be available at stand #8 to provide participants with key product information and demonstrations, including the ECLYPSETM Connected IP and Wi-Fi product series and ENVYSION responsive, web-based design and visualisation interface.
