[Lyon, France, October 3, 2017] - Distech Controls, an Acuity Brands company, and innovation leader in energy management solutions, today held the grand opening of its new base in Paris.

Less than a year after moving to a new European Head Office located in Brignais - Rhône-Alpes, France, Distech Controls has continued to grow rapidly in the Île-de-France region. The opening of this new office, in the “heart of France”, demonstrates the Company’s commitment to best serve and support its network of customers.

A coworking space for Distech Controls
With firm beliefs in innovation, which have always inspired Distech Controls, the company chose to open the new office in a coworking space in Paris. This private space offers many advanced, on-demand services and its modularity will support company growth with the addition of new offices when welcoming new employees.
“Today, the size of our Paris-based sales team requires their own premises. The choice of a coworking space isn’t new, of course, more and more companies operate in this way. We need more flexibility in the management of our estate resources.” said Olivier Fillot, Director of Sales France and OEM.  

A new set-up in a dynamic Parisian district 
Ideally located near the train station Gare de Lyon, the new office will greatly facilitate access for both Distech Controls’ customers and employees. It will allow Distech Controls to organise training on site, host product presentations or work meetings.
